Professionalism. Communication. Trust. Dedication. That’s what you can expect when you hire Lynda Heredia as your real estate agent. Born, raised, and educated in Southern California, Lynda is a Ventura County native who knows the market and can assist with all your real estate needs.
Licensed in 2016, Lynda has worked in property management, leasing and sales, garnering broad, valuable experience for her real estate clients. Prior to that, she applied her interpersonal skills and passion for helping to improve people’s lives in her career as a social worker. Having the opportunity to assist others with one of the biggest purchases and decisions they will make regarding their home provides the ultimate sense of gratification.
“I am honored to work with buyers to achieve their dream and reach their milestone, and with sellers to optimize the return on their most important investment. My best strength is negotiating, and creating a win-win for everyone involved in a transaction.”
Lynda studied Broadcast Journalism and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands. She proceeded to work within her fields of study as an Editor of a Spanish Niche Publication, then moved on to become a social worker for children with developmental disabilities.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Lynda is a resident of Oxnard who has sold in her neighborhood and many surrounding areas. She enjoys contributing to the community by volunteering for local events and supporting youth non-profit organizations. Lynda is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She loves staying active by attending her Bootcamp fitness training class, hot yoga, outdoor jogging, and hiking; plus she likes attending sporting events in her free time.
